A short primer on options mechanics — strikes, expiration, and delta — before we get into what Nument actually runs. If you already know options, skip to the strategies below.
02 · WHAT WE RUN
What we run
An SPX iron condor — the agent chooses strikes by delta, collects a credit for selling the middle, and defends the position if the market moves against it.
7DTE Iron Condor
Weekly — about seven trading days to expiration.
Structure: a short put and short call sold near the wings, each hedged by a further-out long option — a defined-risk, four-leg condor.
Duration: entered around 7 days to expiration, giving the position a full week to work and more room to adjust before expiry.
Defense: if a tested side is pressed, the agent rolls or adjusts the threatened leg rather than closing outright — it defends, it doesn't surrender.

The next strategy
Another defined-risk way to trade the S&P is in the works — same adjust-don't-surrender discipline, a different tempo. Join the waitlist to see it first.
03 · HOW WE RUN IT
Built to be safe to turn on
Three principles govern every trade the agent places, no exceptions.
BYOA · no custody
You link your own brokerage account. Nument never holds your funds — orders are placed directly in the account you control.
Kill-switches
Pause any strategy instantly, any time. Every position stays visible and auditable — nothing runs as a black box.
Adjust, don't surrender
When a position is tested, the agent works to defend it — rolling or adjusting the threatened leg — rather than auto-closing at the first sign of pressure.
Risk disclosure · legal review pending
Options involve risk and are not suitable for all investors. Iron condors carry defined but real risk of loss on both the put and call side, and adjustments can change that risk profile mid-trade. Past behavior of a strategy does not indicate future results. Trading involves risk of loss. Performance is not a promise. Before trading options, read the Characteristics and Risks of Standardized Options, available from the Options Clearing Corporation (OCC).
